About Ouppy

Ouppy cracked her egg halfway thru 2023, then started taking hormones right at the start of 2024. Unfortunately, it’s had a lot of difficulties working with doctors, who have left it feeling strung along, and with horrible test results. Out of frustration, and given the current politial climate, Ouppy thought it would be helpful to get involved in homebrewing as a hobby and found it a lot of fun ^w^

How can I trust this stuff?

At the end of the day, I can’t give u any guarantees. You should really speak to a doctor about your care, because they have access to resources that no DIY source does. That being said, Ouppy takes safety precautions to the best of it’s abilities:

• All of it’s raw ingredients are obtained from a reputable source, and are tested.

• All critical lab safety procedures are taken, including PPE such as gloves and hair nets, and all equipment is cleaned before and after it prepares anything.

• All solutions are prepared in a dust-minimal environment to avoid contamination by dust, and visually inspected upon completion.

• In the case of injectable solutions, Ouppy takes care to prepare and filter the solution into a sterile vessel, and then decants to pre-sterile vials, before terminally sterilizing all prepared vials. All vials contain Benzyl Alcohol to prevent the growth of bacteria after sterilization.

However, you should still perform safety checks each time you use any medicine. Make sure that you are preparing your dose correctly, and inspect your vial for any dust or discoloration prior to use every time that you use it, but especially the first time.
